We offer three tiers of Mood Boards that you can choose from:

This tier offers a refined snapshot of the look and feel of your future space, capturing colour palette, mood, and stylistic direction.

Ideal For: Early-stage clients or those exploring ideas.

3D Visualisations

Experience your future space with spatial clarity.

This service is a fully comprehensive design tool that brings your project to life. Perfect for renovations, reconfigurations, or clients who want absolute clarity before committing to build, these visuals allow you to explore your future space as if it already exists.

We use SketchUp to blend storytelling, technical expertise, and refined design thinking into a single, beautifully cohesive offering. Every detail - layout, materials, textures, lighting, atmosphere - is thoughtfully rendered to communicate not only how the room will look, but how it will feel.

You’ll receive:

  • In-person measurement visit (Greater London)

  • Fully measured SketchUp model of one key space

  • Resolved layout and furniture positioning

  • Defined colour palette and material intent

  • Integrated FF&E direction (conceptual)

  • Considered lighting and atmosphere

  • 5–7 high-quality views

  • Up to two structured review and refinement rounds

A focused, milestone-based service for clients working with more modest renovation budgets who still value professional guidance and design integrity.

Rather than full-time site management, this service provides structured involvement at key stages - helping you make confident decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and ensure the original design is interpreted correctly on site.

Best suited for:

  • Single-room or compact renovations

  • Clients who are happy to manage day-to-day activity themselves

  • Projects with a trusted contractor already appointed

  • Budgets in the (approx) £20–25k range

Full Project Management

For clients seeking calm, structured delivery from start to finish

A comprehensive, end-to-end service for larger or more complex residential renovations where ongoing coordination, structured oversight, and professional leadership are essential.

We coordinate design information with independently appointed trades and suppliers, facilitate clear communication between parties, review works for consistency, and help manage decisions and expectations during delivery.

Best suited for:

  • Multi-room or whole-home renovations

  • Projects involving multiple trades or suppliers

  • Clients seeking reduced personal involvement

  • Budgets of £50k and above

  • We primarily focus on home renovation projects in the Greater London region, however, can support clients across the UK with services delivered both remotely and in-person depending on project scope and location.
